ERIC STUMACHER TO CONDUCT AND PERFORM IN ALL-BEETHOVEN CONCERT OCTOBER 12
Concert I of the Keene Chamber Orchestra’s 2008-09 Keene Colonial Theatre Series will be on Sunday, October 12, at 4 PM.
The program is all-Beethoven, and includes Coriolan Overture, Piano Concerto No. 3 with Eric Stumacher as piano soloist, and Symphony No. 3 (“Eroica”).
Says Eric Stumacher: “ This is profound and amazing music, engaging, spirited, and moving. This music has withstood the test of time to remain among the most favorite music throughout the world. Come enjoy KCO’s uniquely inspiring offerings of these great works.”
School age attendees, as always, will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult. Additionally, children in attendance are cordially invited by the Keene Chamber Orchestra to join the musicians in dressing up for this concert if you wish.
