Eric Stumacher, Founder, Music Director, and Conductor of the Keene Chamber Orchestra

Eric Stumacher founded of the Keene Chamber Orchestra in 1990 and is serving his eighteenth season as Music Director and Conductor. He studied conducting with John Nelson at The Juilliard School, and previously conducted the Keene State College Orchestra for ten seasons. Mr. Stumacher served for thirty-five years as Pianist, and Executive and Artistic Director of Apple Hill and Playing for Peace. He has performed concerti, solo recitals, and chamber music to critical acclaim for over forty years.
